  • Our minimum stay is 7 nights year-round except for the Christmas period which is a 10 night minimum.
  • Check-in is from 5pm & checkout is at 11am to allow for sufficient cleaning time between guests.
  • Price per night is based on 2 people sharing - for more than 2 people, there is a £10 fee per extra guest per night.
  • We collect a room surcharge on all bookings, currently at 3.75%.
  • Flights leaving Barbados between 5pm & 9pm can mean a long wait after checkout so some guests prefer to book an extra night which, although they're not there to sleep, allows them the convenience of staying in the apartment until whatever time they wish to before leaving for the airport.
  • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and weekly throughout your stay for bookings of 8 days or more. If you require additional housekeeping, it can be arranged at local rates directly with our property manager.
  • Regulations now mandate a longer, deeper cleaning regime following every guest booking which carries a £75 fee.
  • This is a two-storey apartment which has an internal staircase and an external balcony/terrace. We welcome all guests, but please make sure that you are comfortable with the layout if there are infants/children or anyone requiring special care included in your booking.


Payment


  • We will contact you after you've made your booking to arrange payment which will be shown in £ GBP
  • We accept £ GBP by direct transfer to our UK account
  • For international payments we use www.wise.com - with wise, just register with them and send using the UK bank details on your booking agreement


Cancellation


  • Once a booking is confirmed, the guest(s) have entered into a legally binding contract which guarantees availability of the property exclusively for their use, and means that all other enquiries covering some or all of the same dates will be refused.
  • As other bookings may have been refused, if the guest(s) cancels within 6 weeks of the stay for whatever reason (including medical and weather related) or decide that they no longer want to travel, then no refund of the deposit will be due. Outside 6 weeks of your stay, a full refund is due.
  • A holiday cancellation insurance protection plan should be taken out to cover forced cancellations.
  • Cancellations must be notified in writing (including by email) to the owner immediately, who will endeavour to re-let the property and, if successful, may at their discretion allow the guest(s) to transfer to alternate dates.


Covid-19 Policy


  • If travel is illegal under coronavirus rules, your booking cancellation will be accepted with either a refund or transfer to alternate dates.
  • If travel is advised against, but not illegal, standard cancellation policy as detailed above applies.
  • If you or any of your party get coronavirus before you are due to travel, standard cancellation policy as detailed above applies.
  • If you or any of your party are told by your government to self isolate before you are due to travel, standard cancellation policy as detailed above applies.
  • If regulations allow you to travel, but you decide not to travel, standard cancellation policy as detailed above applies.
  • It is recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover any of the above eventualities.
